Travelspinner provides a service (’Service’) designed to connect users (‘User’, ‘You’) to selected relevant travel companies (‘Providers’, ‘They’, ‘Them), with the aim that eventually You can decide to book travel services through the Provider. By accessing or using the Site, whether or not You make contact with a travel Provider or book travel services with Them, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) set out below.

These Terms and Conditions expressly incorporate by reference and include the Site's Privacy Policy, Trademarks and Copyright and other guidelines, rules and disclaimers that may be posted and updated on specific web pages and on notices that are sent to You.

You understand and agree that the Site is a platform that enables You and other Users to make contact with travel Providers. Travelspinner is not party to any transaction between the User and the Provider. Transactions are binding only between the User and the Provider and Travelspinner shall not be liable for any loss or injury caused to You or anyone else in the course of such a transaction.

Whilst Travelspinner is committed to ensuring the quality and accuracy of all descriptions and images on the Site, and in emails, text messages and in all other media that pass through Travelspinner’s system, We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in respect of such information.

Travel Providers listed on Travelspinner.com are responsible for the accuracy of the description and information that They provide about themselves and their services in emails, text messages and all other media that pass through Our system and which They may use to contact Users. Similarly each User that uses Travelspinner’s Service is responsible for the accuracy of the information that they give about themselves.

Eligibility and Use of the Site

To use the Site, go to Traveslpinner.com and provide the requested information. By giving this information, You represent and warrant that a) You are eligible to use the Service as set out in these Terms and Conditions and b) that the information is accurate and not misleading. The Service may be used only by i) individual, independent persons who are eighteen years or of legal age in their country of residence (if such age exceeds eighteen) and ii) individuals with the right and authority to act on behalf of an organization or entity for the purposes of using the Service provided on this Site. By using the Site You shall have access to the Service and the functionality that We may establish through the Site and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. Travelspinner checks Providers’ backgrounds to the best of its ability and has made reasonable efforts to validate the claims and authenticity of the Providers registered on the Site, including, though not limited to, verification through relevant trade organisations and tourism authorities. However, neither Travelspinner, nor any of its affiliates nor licensors shall be liable to You or to anyone else for any loss or injury caused in whole or part by its negligence or contingencies beyond its control in procuring, compiling, interpreting, reporting or delivering information through the Site. In no event will Travelspinner, its affiliates or licensors be liable to You or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by You in reliance on such information. Travelspinner and its affiliates and licensors shall not be liable to You or anyone else for any else for any damages (including, without limitation, consequential, special, incidental, indirect or similar damages) even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Travelspinner neither endorses nor takes responsibility for any products, goods or services offered by outside vendors through Our facilities or advertised on our system. Transactions that occur between You and any third party are strictly between You and the third party and are not the responsibility of Travelspinner.

Systems reliability

Travelspinner aims to keep the Site available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and to maintain saved information. However, due to technical failures, acts of God or routine maintenance, availability may be limited and/or information may be lost. Travelspinner shall not be liable for lost information or non-availability of the facilities.

Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Travelspinner, its directors, officers, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and licensors harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable lawyers’ fees, arising from Your use of the Site, Content or its Service.

Governing law and venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You hereby submit to and agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any actions that may arise under or in relation to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in England.
